NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Weston Homes to obtain planning permission for:

Application No: 26/00811/VAR

Proposal: Variation to planning consent 23/01915/VAR dated 02/05/2025 (original consent ref: 18/02013/FUL dated 07/01/2020) comprising alterations to Conditions 2 (Drawing Numbers) and 39 (No Building on any Part of the Development hereby Permitted shall Exceed 30 Storeys in Height).

For information only: For the purposes of public consultation, the following additional information describing the proposal is provided (this does not form part of the formal description of development set out above): Alterations to internal layouts and fenestration details to accommodate a 36no. additional flats.
