THE FOLLOWING IS MAJOR DEVELOPMENT:
01413/26 Land by corner of Gas Street and Wellington Street, Bolton BL4 7BY change of use from vacant gas works site (B2) for installation of storage containers (Class B8)
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING CONSERVATION AREAS OR A LISTED BUILDING.
01423/26 Ladyshore House, Ladyshore Road, Bolton BL3 1LB listed building consent for the erection of a single storey ancillary domestic building and associated garden works
01425/26 4 Higher Swan Lane, Bolton BL3 3AQ listed building consent for repairs to stone gate pier entrance on grade II listed building
