PROPOSAL: Proposed residential development and all other ancillary site works
LOCATION: Lands south of no. 1 - 7 (odd only) Westbury Way and no. 6 - 14 (even only) Westbury Drive, west of no. 5, 7, 9, and 28 Westwood Park, and north of no. 59 and 61 Drumvale Park, Cookstown, County Tyrone.
EVENT: A pre-application community consultation event will take place on Tuesday 1st September 2026 between 15:00 - 19:00 at Cookstown Library, 13 Burn Road, Cookstown, BT80 8DJ.
WEBSITE: A pre-application community consultation website for the proposal will be live from Monday 17th August 2026 and will remain there until Monday 14th September 2026 inclusive. The website can be viewed at bellrolston.com by navigating to ‘Community Consultations’; ‘Live Consultations’ and selecting ‘Westbury, Cookstown’. Comments on the proposed development can be submitted via the bell | rolston website.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to Mid Ulster District Council.
