Demolition of existing garage, store, and conservatory to facilitate construction of single storey side and rear extension and extension to existing loft space to include 2x side dormers, rooflights, removal of chimney stack and associated roof alterations. Reason: Conservation Area.
26/0988/OUT/JLE: W Block, Clare Hall Laboratories, Blanche Lane, South Mimms. Outline application (with all matters reserved except for means of access) for the demolition of buildings on site and erection of up to 185 homes (including 50% affordable housing) alongside access, landscaping, car parking and associated works. Reason: Major Development in the Green Belt, Public Right of Way, Departure from the Local Plan, and affecting the setting of a Listed Building.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
