LEEDS CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, Leeds City Council intends to dispose of its interest in properties which consists or forms part of an open space, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule below.
Copies of the plans showing the area of land concerned are available at Appropriation and disposal of land used as open space notices – Leeds.gov.uk or can be provided upon request by writing to Land & Property, City Development, Leeds City Council, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds LS2 8BB or email to AM&R.New.Work.Instructions@ leeds.gov.uk.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposals should submit written representations by email to AM&R. New.Work.Instructions@leeds.gov.uk (quoting the reference alongside the property below) no later than 29 August 2026.
