LEEDS CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that Leeds City Council is intending to dispose of land comprising public open space by way of an auction, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule below.
A plan showing the area of land concerned can be provided upon request by email to property.and.development@leeds. gov.uk or by telephoning 0113 336 8113.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed sale should send written representations to Legal Services, Leeds City Council property.and.development@leeds.gov.uk
(quoting reference A76/EH/00244724) by no later than the 5 September 2026.
SCHEDULE
The disposal will be by way of a sale of the land known as Land at Brooklands View, Seacroft, LS14.
