NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Proposed development at: Land south-east of Llangurig, Powys
I give notice that: Rhiwlas Energy Park Ltd is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is:

Construction and operation of up to 13 wind turbines, a substation and associated infrastructure.

Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the application;
• the plans; and
• other documents associated with it

at: Powys County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys LD1 5LG during all reasonable hours until 21/09/2026 and, online at https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/ - and search for

THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from: Rhiwlas Energy Park Ltd, Hodge House, Guildhall Place, Cardiff CF10 1DY for a charge, so long as stocks last.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 21/09/2026. All
representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline
has passed.
