Change of use of land from equestrian to a mixed use of equestrian and a residential caravan site to provide two pitches for human habitation, to be occupied by Gypsy and Traveller. Creation of access tracks and hardstanding; the erection of dayrooms, bin stores, bike storage and an acoustic fence (part retrospective). The Hearing will open at 10am on Tuesday 25 August 2026. It is scheduled for up to two sitting days. It will be held in the New Council Chambers, North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Walliscote Road, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1UJ. Members of the public may attend the Hearing and, at the discretion of the Inspector, express their views.
