PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the application detailed below, submitted by Step Places, Southway Housing Trust & Manchester Metropolitan University on 28 February 2025, for planning permission, in respect of which an Environmental Statement has already been provided, has had further information and/or evidence provided to the Council.
Further information has been provided as part of the Environmental Statement comprising: Additional information in relation to 'Ground Conditions' Chapter 10 of the Environmental Statement. Further information has also been provided by the applicant in the form of a 'Longford Brook Statement'. The additional information does not affect the overall conclusion of the Environment Statement.
The information and documents relating to the application may be inspected and obtained online at www.manchester. gov.uk/planning/planningregister. Any person that wishes to inspect, or obtain, a paper copy of the Environmental Statement can do so by emailing planning@manchester. gov.uk to make the necessary arrangements. There may be a charge for supplying a paper copy of the Environmental Statement, please check when making your enquiry.
Any persons wishing to make representations about the further information or any aspect of the proposals must do so online or in writing to Planning, P O Box 532, Town Hall, Manchester M60 2LA within 30 days of the date of this Notice.
