I give notice that Mr Martyn Osborne is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 26/0096/MOUT
Outline application with all matters reserved for the redevelopment of Webbers Holiday Park to provide 81 new dwellings (including affordable housing) with associated landscaping, sustainable drainage, and green infrastructure.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
