is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Application Number: 26/1409/MRES

Approval of reserved matters (comprising layout, landscape, scale and appearance) pursuant to outline planning permission APP/U1105/W/24/3357849 for the development of 86 dwellings along with public open space, landscaping, drainage and other associated works

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
