I give notice that M Windale (Livewest) is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Application Number: 26/1544/VAR

Variation of conditions 5 (Construction Management Plan), 11 (temporary surface water management system for construction period) and 17 (lighting scheme for construction period) of planning permission 18/1957/MOUT (Construction of up to 30 new dwellings (including affordable housing provision) outline application with all matters apart from access reserved) to move the trigger point from ‘prior to commencement’ to ‘other than the excavation of the first 5m of the approved access into the site, together with installation of associated subbase, no other development shall commence until...’

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
