The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Diversion of Highway (North West) (No.34) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up and diversion of Yarwoodheath Lane Cycle Track at Rostherne, in the Borough of Cheshire East.

This is to enable development as permitted by the Secretary of State for the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government under reference APP/R0660/V/24/3345318.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, Transport Infrastructure Planning Casework Unit, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO1901118).

They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cheshire East Highways, Floor 6, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 12 August 2026.
