KENT COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE UNDER THE CRICHEL DOWN RULES

Kent County Council has declared surplus land for sale in Leybourne, Kent, and is seeking to trace the former owners or their successors in title.

Under the Crichel Down Rules, the Council is required to offer the land back for repurchase at current market value.Land Details:

•Location: Land adjacent to the A228 Ashton Way and A20 London Road, being part of title K716157.

•Former Owners: Kenneth McAlpine, Adrian Merz, and Ian Malcome McAlpine.

Persons claiming to be a former owner or a successor (who must provide evidence of their relationship) should express their interest in writing within two months of this notice to the address below.
