IP/26/00584/FUL 108 London Road. Change of use from accommodation for homeless families (Sui Generis) to HMO with ten bedrooms (twenty persons) plus installation of replacement external windows and doors, and addition of solar panels to rear elevation.

IP/26/00583/VC Ipswich Telephone Exchange, Portman Road. Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission 26/00240/FUL (Erection of a new boundary fence and gates) to continue the fence along, and insert gates at, the foot of the steps.

Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals

*IP/26/00088/FUL (Previously advertised on 28.04.2026) Broughton House, 26 Broughton Road. Dismantle, rebuild and repair boundary wall and piers, partial demolition of boundary wall (a pier) and installation of gates, laying of new and extension of hardstanding, construction of swimming pool and associated plant, pool house with decking and pergola, associated landscaping (including level changes to facilitate hardstanding extension and tree planting), and works to trees (including TPO trees).
