Proposed Development Site: The Viking Centre, Tills Road, Sprowston, Norwich, NR6 7QZ
Notice is hereby given that Sprowston Town Council is applying to Broadland District Council for planning permission for: The construction of an enlarged car park (proposed development), together with retrospective permission for the installation of a door to the west elevation, enlargement of the front deck, and alterations to the design of the rooflight on the south-east elevation.
Any owner of the land or tenant (including leaseholders with at least seven years remaining on their lease) who wishes to make representations regarding this application should write to the Planning Department at Broadland District Council within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
