26/01516/FUL  Removal of existing agricultural barn. Change of use of land to allow for enlarged residential curtilage to The Old Parlour  at Lower Manor Farm Church Lane Ashmansworth Reason: Proposal affecting a Conservation Area

26/01536/LBC  Gutter repairs and installation of new downpipe on front facade. Internal second glazing to a first floor rear window. Rear first floor timber window repairs. Front timber window repairs. Repainting Front Door. Removal of existing render and replaced with a new more breathable and heritage sensitive render, painted cream/offwhite. Timber Lintel on the front Facade to be repaired/ replaced. Minor works on chimney stacks (repointing, repair/replace lead flashing)  at 7 George Street Kingsclere Reason:  Proposal affecting a Conservation Area and a Listed Building

The applications and plans are available for public inspection at www.basingstoke.gov.uk. Any comments should be made in writing within 21 days of this notice plus any bank holidays,. Any comments received are open to public inspection.
