THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
(1) A Major Development (2) A departure from development plans
• Abbeville Lodge, Acle New Road, Great Yarmouth; Variation of conditions 2 and 8 – approved plans and details of surface water drainage scheme of pp 06/221095/VCF, to allow for a revised surface water drainage scheme that prevents conflict with remediation strategy and landscaping plan – Revised development description. Application No. 06/26/0537/VCF (1)
• Highfield Farm, Heath Road, Rollesby; Retrospective planning application for the siting of additional storage containers in association with the established B8 storage use at Highfield Farm, in addition to containers already authorised under pp 06/22/1070/F. Application No. 06/26/0554/F (2)
