Help shape the future
The Land to the West and South of Maple Cross is an allocation in the Three Rivers District Council draft Local Plan (H41) for the development of new homes, open public areas, community facilities and commercial spaces.
Incorporating improved bus, cycle and walking connections, and community growing spaces such as orchards for the local community alongside investment in health and education services, the project offers the opportunity to complement and enhance Maple Cross and the wider area.
We would like to hear your views.
Your feedback will help inform and shape the emerging proposals and what they will deliver for local people, as plans are developing.
We will also be holding in-person events during the early autumn, providing further opportunities for residents and stakeholders to influence the proposals before an outline planning application is submitted to the Council.
