26/01458/FL – 149 Norman Road West Malling Kent ME19 6RW – J Gosbee is applying for part retrospective application for the alterations to the outbuilding, and part proposed for other works in the conversion of the existing garage into home office space. 26/01464/FL – Old Allens Allens Lane Plaxtol Sevenoaks Kent TN15 0QZ – Mr B Willis is applying for Section 73 Application to vary condition 2 (approved Plans) of planning permission TM/24/01125/PA Proposed refurbishment of existing grade II listed barn to become annex accommodation that is ancillary to the use of the property. The application seeks to vary the approved plans condition to enable a number of minor amendments to the approved scheme. Reason: CA LB HH

26/01400/LB – 165 Norman Road West Malling Kent ME19 6RW – Mr D North is applying for Listed Building Application: Replace existing slate roof covering and inspect and repair damage to roof timbers caused by installation of closed cell insulation. Reason: LB
