Extension to the former laboratory building to create an auction room, construction of a new 1,830 sqm storage shed, landscaping works, and retrospective consent for retrofitting works to the former laboratory building, the erection of a security cabin and other ancillary works at Wilsons Auctions, John Summers, Century Way, Garden City. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

CONS/000547/26 – Proposed part removal of existing low level stone wall and erection of garage at Tan Y Graig, Gwaenysgor, Rhyl. (This development affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area).
