Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Bolton Council to refuse planning for the proposal with reference: 00701/26 for the “Construction and operation of a micro energy storage project”.
Located on unregistered Land Opposite 17 Bramble Croft, Chew Moor Lane, Bolton, BL6 4GW.
The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations. Any comments already made following the original application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate, and will be considered by the Inspector unless withdrawn.
