Application Reference No: R/56/524 From Mr Paul Beck for Full planning permission for erection of two-storey rear extension to Fell View and erection of lean-to infill extension to provide rear entrances to Hillyard and Fell View, along with change of use of land at rear to create additional domestic curtilage, patios and 4 car parking spaces with new turning area and new access route via Lowfield at Fell View, The Gaits, Gayle.

Application Reference No: R/60/44D From Tuggill Park Estate for Full planning permission for erection of a single-storey soft play building with mezzanine level, including associated kitchen, café/dining area, reception, toilets (including disabled/baby change facilities), storage, and external patio area, together with landscaping, new paths, and public access arrangements, and installation of septic tank at The Forbidden Corner, Tuggill Park, Coverham.
