Any owner of the land, namely the freeholder or leaseholder with an unexpired term of at least seven years, or tenant who wishes to make representations to the local planning authority about the application should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice to: Planning Department St Albans City and District Council Civic Centre St Peter's Street St Albans Hertfordshire AL1 3JE
