The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/26/101127/VAR 3 Market Street Hindley Wigan WN2 3AE. Application for variation of conditions 2 and 7 of previously approved A/24/97451/CU – to allow for alterations to elevations including rooflights to front and rear and doors to rear. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Hindley Town Centre.
