I give notice that Cubed Development Ltd c/o Cubed Development Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for variation of conditions 1, 3 and 6 of WD/2026/0274/MFA (variation of conditions 2, 5 & 6 of WD/2022/3249/ MRM (reserved matters pursuant to outline permission WD/2020/2164/MAO (cessation of use of land for a garden centre and demolition of associated buildings (with the exception of the office building, grid reference 0553882E 0129597N).
Construction of up to 27 dwellings with redesigned site access and closure of existing accesses and associated highway improvements) to enable incorporation within the consent of the details for the custom build plot 26) to enable the plans/ documents to align with those approved under WD/2026/0611/MFA. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
