REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by BSL Strategic Ltd relating to the application to Somerset Council for Application for Outline Planning, with all matters reserved except for access, for the erection of up to 125 No. dwellings with public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) and principal means of access from Comeytrowe Road and College Way on land at Comeytrowe Road, Trull.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
The inquiry is going to be held as a hybrid meeting starting on Tuesday 8 September 2026 at 10.00am at Taunton Racecourse, Orchard Portman, Taunton, Somerset, TA3 7BL.
