What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/1147/FH - Court Place, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2QZ - Replacement of existing windows and doors with double-glazed aluminium units together with roof repair works.
26/1206/FH - Great Dowles Farm House, Stone Street, Stelling Minnis Nr Canterbury CT4 6DB - Listed Building Consent for structural stabilisation & repair works, including underpinning, repointing & timber frame repairs, installation of a limecrete floor & breathable internal wall insulation, alterations to west elevation including new door & steps, creation of a sitting area, & alterations to roof structure of the stables.
26/1214/FH - Marlie Holiday Park Dymchurch Road, New Romney, TN28 8UE - Change of use of land for 14 static caravans & 7 lodges for holiday use, including landscaping, an attenuation basin, car parking & associated works.
26/1221/FH - Flat 3, East Cliff House, Radnor Cliff Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2JQ - Listed Building Consent for replacement of existing rear dormer window frame to aluminium.
26/1237/FH - East Cliff House, Radnor Cliff Crescent, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2JQ - Listed building consent for the installation of a satellite dish (retrospective).
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
