NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building Conversion of building from an office use, to a private dental clinic. The key alterations as proposed comprise the construction of a mono-pitched pod within the nave to create
a dental theatre, alongside the construction of a new security partition within the Chancel to create a second dental theatre. It is also proposed to form a small aperture within the kitchenette wall to allow for the creation of a clean/decontamination room in the adjacent W/C at All Saints Church Balterley Green Road Balterley. 2. Replacement of two boilers requiring new flue to discharge through front roof slope at 7 Sidmouth Avenue Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire by Mr Marg Goodwin. File ref. 26/00522/ FUL (Application is within Brampton Conservation Area)

Application to vary condition 8 of planning permission 23/00002/OUT - to vary the wording (Highway Improvement Works) to alter the condition trigger to prior to the occupation of the 100th dwelling at Land North Of Mucklestone Wood Lane And East Of Rock Lane Loggerheads Shropshire TF9 4EF by Shropshire Homes. File Ref: 26/00507/ FUL. (Application is for Major Development)

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents.
