What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2026/0398/CA: Replacement of aluminium framed façade with glazing; installation of 5 wall mounted air conditioning condenser units to rear of 37 Westgate, Guisborough

R/2026/0503/CA: Change of use of ground floor to mixed use as a place of worship & community use (Retrospective) at Former Coop Building, High Street, Loftus

R/2026/0507/CA: First floor extension including external staircase to provide additional commercial unit at 2-4 Northgate, Guisborough.

R/2026/0517/LB: LBC for masonry infill at voids, cleaning and application of new coatings at Lazenby Fan House, Lazenby

R/2026/0533/CA: LBC for installation of air conditioning to signal box at Nunthorpe Railway Station, Nunthorpe Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

R/2026/0532/FFM: Erection of 2 stock sheds and associated infrastructure at Highfields Farm, South Town Lane, Loftus.

Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
