NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A NEW
PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that we, Padels Up Limited have applied on 27th July 2026 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: Padels Up, Mersey Valley Sports Club, Banky Lane, Sale M33 5SL
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence as follows:
To authorise the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment on Mondays to Sundays from 07:00 until 24:00.
Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority (by the 24th August 2026).
A representation may also be made to the Licensing Authority at the following email address licensing@trafford.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
