I am required to give notice to those owners and occupiers of property near the site and to other interested parties that an appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate to be determined on the basis of an exchange of written statements by the parties and a site inspection by an Inspector. This is for the refusal of the application as detailed above. This is submitted under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

This site: affects the setting of a listed building.

Comments must be sent to the Inspectorate not Bedford Borough Council by 7th Sept 2026. Comments in paper will on be accepted by the Inspector if you have no internet access. Using these contact details you can also withdraw or modify your comments made on the original application for planning permission which will have been forwarded to the Inspectorate and Appellant, along with any subsequent comments on the Appeal. All comments will be taken into account by the Inspector deciding the appeal. Any representations received after the deadline will be returned.
