The following applications have been received by the Council.

PL/26/05710/FA Major Development
18 Southlands Road, Denham Redevelopment of former Tendercare Nurseries to Use Class B2 (general industrial) and Use Class B8 (storage/
distribution) engineering and maintenance yard, erection of associated building, landscaping, dropped kerb and parking.
PL/26/05353/FA Environmental Statement submitted,Major development & affects setting of LB
Land West of Southlands Road, DenhamHybrid application comprising: Full application for the change of use of land to outdoor recreational use to function as Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANGs) together with new access from Hitcham Lane, car park, footpaths, fencing, landscaping and ancillary works and; Outline application for  demolition of existing buildings/structures and removal of hardstanding; construction of up to 800 Class C3 dwellings; construction of buildings to accommodate up to 1,900sqm of Class E and/or Class F2 floorspace; land reserved for a potential primary school; principal accesses to be provided from Lent Rise Road and Bingham Road; and associated footway/cycleway connections and  green infrastructure including open space, play areas, surface water attenuation, community garden, landscaping, retained woodland and ancillary works (matter to be considered at this stage: access).

Comments should be received within 21 days of the date of this publication, except for PL/26/05353/FA for which comments should be received within 30 days, either online or in writing quoting the reference number and your postal address, to our Council offices or via email to planning.comments@buckinghamshire.gov.uk

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
