The Council Offices, Brympton Way, Yeovil BA20 2HT starting on 27 August 2026 at 10:00.

REASON FOR HEARING: Appeal by Strongvale Development Ltd

Relating to the application to Somerset Council: 24/02237/OUT for Application for Outline Planning Permission with some matters reserved for the erection of 14no. flexible light industrial commercial units Use Class E(g)(iii) with details of landscaping, parking and access.

An Inspector; R Redford MTCP MRTPI has been appointed by the Secretary of State to hold a Hearing opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Documents relating to the appeal can be viewed on the Council website www.somerset.gov.uk using application no. 24/02237/OUT Members of the public may attend the Hearing in person. Please register your wish to attend by emailing planningappealssouth@somerset.gov.uk with your name, email address and your status within the context of the appeal. On the day of the Hearing, anyone wishing to speak should make themselves known to the Inspector as the Planning Inspectorate will not respond to requests to speak at the event in advance of the Hearing.

The number of car parking spaces available at Brympton Way is limited and therefore you are encouraged to car share whenever possible. Please ensure that you park in visitor spaces. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a car parking space. There are designated disabled parking spaces and the Hearing will take place on the ground floor. Vending machines are available for snacks and refreshments but stock levels cannot be guaranteed so you may wish to make your own arrangements. Please ensure that you sign in at Reception.
