Written comments should be submitted to the Planning Manager, Place Directorate, Fairfi eld House, 8 Lothian Road, Dalkeith EH22 3AA, or via the Midlothian Council website by the dates specified. Representations must be made as described here, even if you have made comment to the applicant prior to the application being made.

The Planning (Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. Deadline for comments: 27 August 2026.
