NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received the following Applications:

Major Applications

Car Park, Blackheath Station, Blackheath Village SE3 Re-consultation –

Revised economic, fire and farmers market and parking reports requested by members of Planning Committee B at the meeting held on 27 January 2026.

Description - Construction of three buildings ranging between 3 – 5 storeys, comprising 45 residential units (Use Class C3), flexible commercial and learning and non-residential institution space (Use Class E and Use Class F1), the provision of a farmers market and landscaping works including public square, cycle parking, car parking, plant & all associated works (DC/25/139604)
