NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE
Proposed development at: Land to the north-east of Porth, south of Llanwonno Forest
I give notice that: Cenin Renewables Limited
is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is:
The construction, operation and decommissioning of up to eight wind turbines and solar PV panels with battery storage facility and associated infrastructure/hardstanding.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the application;
• the plans; and
• other documents associated with it
at: Rhondda Cynon Taf Council Headquarters, Floor 2, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd CF37 4TH
during all reasonable hours until 14/09/2026 and, online at

THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

so long as stocks last.
