Minerals and Waste Local Plan – Notice of Intention to Commence

On 6 August 2026, pursuant to Regulations 44 and 5 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2026, Surrey County Council gave notice of its intention to commence preparation of a Minerals and Waste Local Plan for Surrey and published the Minerals and Waste Local Plan Timetable. Between December 2026 and January 2027 Surrey County Council will be consulting stakeholders about what they want to see in the Minerals and Waste Local Plan and how they want Surrey County Council to engage with them.
