What is planned?

Notice Is Hereby Given that applications have been made to the Council, as the Local Planning Authority, for the following:-

Planning (Listed Building & Conservation Areas) Act, 1990

1 Plan No. 26/00235/VOC -

Variation of condition 2 (plans) and removal of condition 14 (window restriction) of planning permission 25/00214/full for the change of use of first floor and part of ground floor from commercial (class e) to a 9 bedroom house in multiple occupation (hmo) (sui-generis), external alterations to include erection of first floor front and rear extensions, new cycle storage, bin storage and formalised parking, with a new pedestrian access from Thorngate Way to allow revisions and additions to approved rear extensions, internal layout changes, additional, and amended fenestration and removal of approved window (conservation area) former 135 High Street, Gosport, Hampshire.

A copy of these planning applications and submitted documents may be inspected during office hours at: The Planning Office, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, and on the Council's website: www.gosport.gov.uk/planningapplications.
