NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LBC – Application No. 05/2026/0301 – Ysgubor Carreg Afon, Corwen – Amendments to previously approved conversion of outbuilding to form dwelling to include the erection of a rear extension.

LBC – Application No. 01/2026/0303 – Cardamon Green Saha Restaurant, 30 High Street, Denbigh – Change of use and alterations to former restaurant and other accommodation to form 4 no. self-contained flats to the first and second floors; 1 no. dwelling to rear projecting wing and associated works.

LBC – Application No. 45/2026/0308 – Royal Alexandra Hospital, Marine Drive, Rhyl – Works to the North Elevation, undertaking masonry repairs and repointing, window, external timber doors and rainwater goods repairs and replacement.
