Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/00418: PIPPBROOK HOUSE REIGATE ROAD DORKING RH4 1SH: To dismantle and rebuild chimney stack (01) (application for Listed Building Consent).
MO/2026/01018: HARTSFIELD MANOR SANDY LANE BUCKLAND RH3 7AA: Demolition of East Annexe, Headley Wing and part of main building and erection of extension to main building including erection of replacement subterranean extensions to provide additional hotel accommodation (Use Class Class C1), erection of detached ancillary events space, spa and 4 No. lodges, 5 No. treehouses, car and cycle parking, access improvements, landscaping and other associated works.
MO/2026/01024: DORKING MUSLIM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION 13 HART ROAD DORKING: Raise roof ridge height with 2 No. roof lights to front and 1 No. roof light to rear and erection of a two storey and single storey rear extensions.
MO/2026/01025: STYLEHURST WEARE STREET OCKLEY RH5 5JD: Conversion of existing residential store into ancillary guest accommodation, with home office workshop above including raising of the roof, two rear dormers, and four roof lights to front roof slope.
Demolition of existing rear extension and erection of single storey rear extension with four roof lights. Fenestration changes throughout and additional windows to all elevations including additional window to first floor side elevation.
