The following applications have been submitted to the Council. Anyone wishing to make representations about an application should do so within 21 days of the date of this notice via our website where the applications can also be viewed. Any representations received will be made available for public view.

Broadway 26/01489/HOU Dingford Green, Dommett, Buckland St Mary, TA20 3JW, Extension to single storey dwelling. Demolition of stable, relocation of barn, erection of new garage and construction of flint stone wall.

Kingstone 26/01666/HOU Whitegates, Longforward Hill, Allowenshay, Hinton St George, TA17 8TB, To replace an existing timber store/shelter and shepherds hut and construct an oak framed garage with ground floor storage and a loft space for incidental use, such as home office and gym.

Tatworth and Forton 26/01525/DPO Land South Of Southmead, Perry Street, South Chard Application to modify a S106 Agreement between Somerset Council and Alan Peter Mear and Natalie Christine Mear and Lloyds Bank Plc and Crossman Acquisitions Dated 9th February 2024 relating to planning application 21/03296/OUT in relation to various matters, including removal of First Home requirements, removal of the Self-Build provisions, the extent of the LEAP buffers and adjustment of the PTP adoption requirements.
