NOTICE UNDER S123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

OPEN SPACE LAND

Notice is hereby given that Boston Borough Council intends to proceed to dispose of the following land by way of a transfer:

Fosdyke Cemetery, Bell Lane, Fosdyke, Boston, Lincolnshire

Copies of the plan showing the land edged red and this Notice may be inspected at the address provided below. The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of s123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Andrew Fisher, Executive Director, Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 8QR.

By no later than 12:00 noon on 4th September 2026.
