I give notice that Highwood Ventures 13 are applying to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for full planning permission for the construction of an 80-bed care home with associated communal facilities (Use Class C2), associated vehicle and cycle parking, landscape treatment, formation of a new access, drainage, infrastructure, and other associated works following the demolition of existing structures.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 14 days of the date of this notice at BCP Council Planning Services, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, by 17 August 2026.
*"Owner"* is defined as a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
**"Tenant"** is defined as a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
