NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at: Longstaples, Warwick Road, Ettington, CV37 7PN.

I give notice that Re-Gen Waste Ltd has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the full planning application for the extension of the application site boundary and amendments to planning permission reference SDC/23CM001 for the rebuilding of the Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) and the construction of an associated Shredding and Flocking Facility.
