THREE RIVERS LOCAL PLAN REGULATION 19 CONSULTATION

Statement of Representations Procedure for commenting on the Regulation 19 Consultation.

Three Rivers District Council is undertaking a Regulation 19 Consultation on its emerging Local Plan. The council is consulting on the Three Rivers Local Plan 2026-2042 for a period of eight weeks from 31 July 2026 - 25 September 2026.

The Three Rivers Local Plan 2026-2042 allocates sites and includes policies to shape development across the district. Once adopted, the new Local Plan will replace the current Development Plan including Core Strategy, Site Allocations Local Development Document and Development Management Policies Local Development Document.

The Three Rivers Local Plan 2026-2042, Sustainability Appraisal, Habitats Regulations Assessment, Policies Map, Evidence Base, Statement of Representations Procedure and other supporting documents can be viewed online at

Hard copies of the Local Plan 2026-2042, Policies Map, Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessment can be inspected at:

• Visitor Centre at Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL (during normal opening hours)

• Public libraries within the district (during normal opening hours)
