The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire & Humber) (No.26) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of two western part widths of Exeter Grove at Kingston Upon Hull, in the City of Hull.
This is to enable development as permitted by Hull City Council under reference 24/00437/FULL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, Transport Infrastructure Planning Casework Unit, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/6273). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Martfleet Lane Post Office, 316 Martfleet Lane, Hull, HU9 5AQ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 4 August 2026.
