Proposed Development - Application to amend condition numbers 1 and 3 of planning permission LCC/2020/0003 to allow an increase of final restoration levels and an extension of time to 2036 associated with sand and gravel working and infilling of inert waste for restoration purposes back to agriculture and nature conservation and for recycling operations to continue until 31 December 2035. at Sandons Farm Quarry, Off Wigan Lane, Adlington, Chorley, PR7 4DL
I give notice that Chorley Sand and Aggregates Limited is applying to the Lancashire County Council for the above development.
The proposed development would affect a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981(a) applies and the development is located within Green Belt.
