26/01145/FUL - The Quayside Exchange Exchange Building 197 High Street East Sunderland SR1 2AX. Quayside Exchange Land & Estates Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of existing restaurant/function venue to apart-hotel, with associated internal alterations.
