Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:
DEVELOPMENTS WHICH ARE A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENTS WHICH AFFECT A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
P2026/0478 Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the construction of up to 250 residential dwellings, public open space, green infrastructure, a small flexible mixed-use/community space, sustainable drainage features, access arrangements, and all associated landscaping and infrastructure works.
Location: Land At Leiros Parc, Bryncoch, Neath
Applicant: Codi Group

Please note that planning staff are working on a hybrid basis (a mix of office and home working). The Quays is open but on an appointment basis only.
